Filler migration happens over time - it’s important to take that into account when sculpting your lips.
In the top left quad: Migrated filler above her lip
In the top right quad: Dissolved and ready to be reshaped
Bottom quads: After a few weeks of dissolving and allowing swelling to decrease, we were finally able to go in and re-inject her lips to the perfect shape!
