Dr. Courtney Serves as World Oilman's Tennis Tournament Player Physician

Dr. Courtney has happily served as a Physician for the players at Houston’s WOTT for the second consecutive year. While working alongside other incredible Physicians to cover duties, Dr. Courtney even placed 2nd in the overall tournament for pickleball! His team enjoyed being the go-to gals for sunscreen, as the Houston heat is not to be messed with. This leading Houston Plastic Surgeon is already working on his swing for next year’s tournament…and he’s shooting for 1st place! With his office in the heart of Memorial, Dr. Courtney would love to see you at our Gessner office for a consultation to bring out your best version.

About the World Oilman's Tennis Tournament

The World Oilman’s Tennis Tournament, or WOTT, began in 1977 and is considered a world-class event. It started with a simple need: people in the oil and gas industry wanted a venue in Houston that would encourage camaraderie and establish friendships while helping forge strong business relationships throughout the far-reaching petroleum industry. The WOTT team has worked hard to fulfill this mission and preserve the tournament's success.

WOTT is truly a “world” event, having drawn participants from over seventeen states within the United States and eight countries worldwide. Notably, this highly exclusive Tournament is by participation is by invitation only. Each year the event hosts an average of 320 tennis players, 130 sponsors, and well over 1000 guests who attend the social aspects of the tournaments.
