Until now, there has been no injectable treatment available to simply and easily get rid of cellulite dimples and smooth the skin. We provide QWO, an injectable treatment that addresses the source of cellulite under the skin.

What Causes Cellulite?

Cellulite is caused by fibrous cords called septae that pull down on the skin. These fibrous cords run through the layer of fat cells between your skin and the muscle beneath. Fat cells push upward and the cords pull downward toward the muscles, causing dimples that worsen as the skin begins to thin with age.

Benefits of QWO

Women experience a number of benefits with QWO treatments, including:

  • Long-lasting results
  • Safe, short treatment
  • Less cellulite in the buttocks
  • Firmer, tighter, stronger skin
  • Boosts confidence

How Does Qwo Target The Source Of Cellulite?

QWO (rhymes with “flow”) is an FDA-approved injectable designed to dissolve the septae that are causing cellulite dimples. QWO is the first and only injectable treatment of its kind.

QWO is made from Collagenase Clostridium Histolyticum, an enzyme that destroys the protein that builds septae. QWO dissolves the fibrous cords to help release their hold on the skin. This encourages the fat cells to redistribute evenly and stimulates the production of collagen to create stronger, thicker, renewed skin. The result is smoother skin and more free of cellulite dimples.

What Can I Expect During a Qwo Treatment?

Before your QWO treatment, we will ask you to stand relaxed, with your feet slightly apart. This makes cellulite dimples most apparent. We will then select the dimples for treatment, circle them and mark them with a dot. QWO can treat a maximum of 6-12 dimples per buttock.

QWO does not need numbing cream or anesthetic, as the treatment is relatively painless. When you are ready for treatment, you will lie face down. We will then inject QWO into your buttocks in specific areas to dissolve the septae causing those dimples. Once the injections are complete, you will remain lying down for another five minutes or more. This allows QWO to take full effect in the targeted areas. QWO treatments take about fifteen minutes to complete.

Am I a Candidate for QWO?

QWO treatments are not for men or for treating other areas besides the buttocks. Women with moderate to severe cellulite are typically ideal candidates for QWO. Candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Are not allergic to collagenase or other ingredients in QWO
  • Have cellulite in the buttocks
  • Have clearly defined cellulite dimples

Recovery and Results

After QWO treatments, your buttocks will be sore in the injection sites for a few days, which feels similar to the feeling you have after a heavy workout. There may be bruising, particularly after the first QWO treatment. There is no downtime, and you can get right back to your usual activities and routines right after your treatment.

The QWO process requires two more treatments over the next six weeks to achieve full results. You will see your final results 28 days after the third and last injection treatment–a significant decrease in cellulite in the buttocks. Your results last for a year or more.
